Enjoy the rich traditional flavors of apples and honey in our King’s Cyser. Mead and apple’s can be traced back to ancient Europe where the name Cyser (si-zer) comes from. We start with Montana Macintosh apples and blend them with Clover honey to create a perfect blend of honey sweet and apple tartness. The mead is then finished with just a hint of black walnut that ties all the flavors together in something that can be enjoyed with a variety of foods or at your next traditional mead event.
