Kuawa (guava) are cultivated in many tropical and subtropical countries. The organic guava fruit we use are deep pink in color. Being rich in vitamins A and C, and high levels of dietary fiber, guavas are regarded as one of the “super fruits.” The largest plantation was Guava Kai on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii, but it closed in 2007. Malaysia now boasts the largest pink guava growing capacity in the world. Our Guava Hou tropical guava wine has a refreshing aroma and flavor. It is a proprietary blend of guava wine and white wine, the only guava white wine blend on the market to feature Oregon Pinot gris, adding honeysuckle, pear and apricot notes to wonderful fragrant guava nose. It is our second sweetest (sec) tropical wine, after our Mango Wine. Unique: Guava Hou is the only Guava-White Wine blend using ultra-premium Oregon Pinot gris. If you like Gerwurztraminer, this is the wine for you!
